    German side Hoffenheim SC have made an undisclosed offer to French side Strasbourg for Ghanaian defender Alexander Djiku.



    According to reports from Germany, the Ghanaian international’s solid performance in the French league with Strasbourg is said to have caught the eyes of his German suitors.

    The Blackstars defender and his representatives are set to be pondering over the offer and would be a  definite decision in a matter of days.

    Djiku, who missed out on Ghana’s two AFCON qualifying matches due to personal reasons has a lot of experience in the heart of defence for club and country, featuring in 31 separate appearances for his club and huge favorite for Ghana Blackstars as his partnership with compatriot, Daniel Amartey aided Ghana to qualify for it’s 4th World Cup berth in Qatar, 2022.

    Several clubs across Europe have firmed up interest in the towering center back including, Sevilla, Valencia, and Villarreal.
