Bibiani GoldStars defender, Yahaya Adraman was left disappointed as his side had to settle for a 1-1 draw with holders of the Ghana Premier League, Kotoko at Duns park.

The host were coming into this game on the back of three consecutive draws and were looking to pick up a win against the record holders of the league but went behind as Steven Mukwala pounced on some loose defending from the host’s defense to round Joseph Baah in post.

The host were awarded a penalty by referee Akumatey Franklin only for Yahaya Adraman to pounce on the rebound from Ibrahim Laar’s missed penalty.

Speaking to Saharafootball.net after the game, Adraman remarked  “ We (teammates) are very disappointed in today’s draw, we had one thing in mind, a win but we were unable to get it”

He added” Today’s game was tough just like any other game, playing Kotoko is not easy but we wanted to win for our fans, it’s been a long we won a game at our home, and we are hoping for things to change soon” he ended.

The tough-tackling defender since moving to Bibiani some three seasons ago from Liberty Professionals has become a cogwheel under coach Michael Osei.

He has made eleven appearances and scored four goals in the ongoing league.

Bibiani GoldStars will be hoping to get an away win over Tamale City after four consecutive draws in their last four games in the league.
