Hearts of Oak suffer first defeat under coach Slavko Matic against Bechem United
Serbian trainer, Slavko Matic’s unbeaten run as Hearts of Oak coach came to end after falling to Bechem United on Monday.
Bechem defeated Hearts of Oak 2-1 at the Cape Coast stadium in the match day 10 encounter of the GPL.
Cephas Mantey’s 7th minute goal put Bechem ahead, unsettling Hearts of Oak.

Bechem mounted more pressure and finally found the back of the net in the 12th minute.
Hafiz Konkoni was at the end of a beautiful cross from Avornyo to put Bechem up by 2-0.
The game became a lot more physical in the second half with both teams reduced to 10 men.
Hearts got a late consolation with a 97th minute goal by Robert Addo Sowah.
