    Kotoko’s dismal season continued as they lost the plot against Bechem United away from home at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park.



    The Porcupine Warriors winless in their last four games was looking to get their season back on track but a resolute Bechem United side kept them at bay after going ahead in the first half.

    Kofi Tompuo shot the host into the lead with a sumptuous volley which beat Mohammed Camara in post for the Porcupine Warriors right on the stroke of half time.

    Ten minutes later, the host made substitutions of their own to nullify the attacking threat of the visitors, Augustine Afranie Mensah, Yaw Annor , Rasco Abassah London  for Emmanuel Owusu, Augustine Okrah and David Asabre.

    The host walked away with all 3 points, preserving their long standing decade plus record over Kotoko.

    Meanwhile, this loss will present a a third consecutive loss for Kotoko under Prisper Ogum Narteh.
