    Ghanaian international Abdul Baba Rahman concluded the 2023–24 season as a league champion with Greece outfit, PAOK.



    Rahman was instrumental in helping his club secure a massive away victory against Aris to cement their status as league champions.

    They were followed closely by AEK who thrashed Lamia at home but could not catch up with PAOK who were two points adrift of them on the league log. 

    PAOK’s Brandon Thomas opened the scoring on the 30th minute mark which his side held on to end the first half.

    Two minutes after recess, the home side, was back on level pegging, through Spaniard international, Loren Moron. 

    Brandon Thomas turned provider for Taison on the 62nd-minute mark, which was the game-winner.

    Rahman was involved in nine-goal contributions in 28 games. 

    He hopes to make Ghana’s squad for the World Cup qualifies slated for June 2024.
