Ghanaian youngster Felix Afena-Gyan has stepped up training in a bid to return to the pitch after several months on the sidelines due to injury. The National Sports Authority (NSA) has released a statement prompting clubs to resort to other venues for their Ghana Premier League games due to the imminent closure of the Accra Sports Stadium for December’s Christmas festivities. In the letter released and signed by the Director General of the NSA, Professor Peter Twumasi, the venue will be used for a host of festivities that will happen in December hence clubs should resort to the use of their alternative venues for their home games.
