Berekum Chelsea winger Dominic Frimpong has lost his life after he sustained a gun shot in an armed robbery attack to the team after their  Ghana Premier League game against FC Samartex.  The team was attacked on the Bibiani-Goaso road, Ahyiresu, after the armed robbers stopped their bus and opened fire, with several players and officials fleeing for their lives.
