Nigeria’s hopes of advancing to the intercontinental playoffs for the 2026 FIFA World Cup suffered a huge blip as they lost in a dramatic penalty shootout  to DR Congo on Sunday night. The Ghana Football Association wishes to inform the public that Francis Abu is in a stable condition following his injury in the Kirin Challenge Cup against Japan on Friday. Sports and Recreation Minister Kofi Adams has revealed that a loan of 20 million cedis was secured to support the ongoing Ghana Premier League season.
