In my young life as a football fan, I have had various opportunities to watch the AFCON tournament. Ghana Premier League champions, Hearts of Oak have officially released a statement announcing the imminent transfer of Congolese fullback Raddy Ovouka to Albuquerque-based New Mexico United in the USA on a season-long loan deal.
