AS an OTR goalkeeper, Augustine Koomson has reviewed his performance in the just-ended 2024/25 Togolese Championnat National.

Koomson joined the club on a one-year contract but worked his way to become the main starting goalkeeper for the club.

Speaking to SaharaFootball.net, he affirmed that the experience has been great.

“Oh, it was a great season and a nice experience. It was a little bit difficult in the beginning, but I managed to adapt in the middle of the season.

The language barrier was one factor because it wasn’t easy for me from the start, but I’m glad I made it through the season, but in all, we give thanks to God for a successful season”.

Augustine Koomson racked 10 clean sheets out of 22 matches as OTR finished 3rd on the log with 42 points.

It’s unclear if Koomson and his management will consider other options available will remain in Togo after a brilliant debut season.
