AshantiGold SC midfielder, Appiah McCarthy has returned to training with the first team in anticipation to get some games underneath his belt before the season comes to a closure.

The towering midfielder was ruled out for the entire season but miraculously was spotted training with the first team which has been touted as a good sign for the club as well as the player.

With news of his return, it gives the Aboakese side a glimmer of hope to count on him for the remainder of the season as they look to finish the season on a high note.
