    Asante Kotoko remains uncertain about the date for their return to action in the Ghana Premier League.

     



    Following the demise of a fan, Yaw Frimpong (Nana Pooley), the club decided to put away everything football-oriented matters on the pitch until finality is brought to the matter.

    The police have made six arrests of people notably the owner of the club, Ignatius Baffour Awuah, and two others granted bail while three others are still in police custody assisting in investigations.

    Also, the Kotoko and Hearts of Oak met at the request of the Ghana Football Association and Ghana Police to look for ways to, make the various match venues safer for supporters.
