Accra Hearts of Oak board dissolved
Hearts of Oak has announced the dissolution of its board of directors, as revealed in a statement on Tuesday, 27 February 2024.
Notable figures such as Frank Nelson, Dr. Nyaho Tamakloe, Alhaji Akanbi Brimah, and Vincent Odotei Sowah have been removed from their positions.

This decision by Board Chairman Togbe Afede precedes the club’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for next month.
Recently, a group of supporters protested against the club’s owner, demanding changes within the club’s leadership.
In February, the club appointed Delali Anku-Adiamah as its new Managing Director.
Since their league and Cup double triumph in 2021, Hearts of Oak have struggled for consistency in domestic competitions.
