GPL Match Report: Bechem United humble Great Olympics

Bechem United made sure their home dominance continued when they dispatched Accra based Great Olympics by 3-1 at the Nana Fosu Gyeambour park in week 13 of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.

The home side ensured that they converted their created chances in the early exchanges of the game through, Clinton Duodu and Hafiz Konkoni heading into the first half with a 2-0 advantage.

The second half saw Great Olympics push harder to halve the deficit but a Moro Salifu goal added to his side’s two-goal lead before Charles Otu scored at the dearth of the game to grab a consolation for the traveling side.

This loss ends Olympics impressive back-to-back wins in the league, which sees them settle for the 5th spot with the Hunters on 2nd position on the log.
