We won’t underestimate Zesco United – Kotoko defender Wahab Adams
Asante Kotoko defender Wahab Adams has revealed that the team is ready for the huge task in Zambia, and they will not underestimate Zesco United when they face them on Sunday.
Asante Kotoko will face Zesco United on Sunday in a crucial game as they will need nothing less than a win to qualify to the knockout stages.
Wahab Adams believes that they are ready for the game and stressed the importance of qualifying for the next round of the competition.
”We are poised for the game,” Adams said. ”It is a game between two great clubs and we are ready for it.
”We want the qualification and we are going to Zambia for the three maximum points.”
”Zesco United may be out of the competition but quality does not drop when a team is playing for pride.
”We won’t underestimate Zesco United. We played them in Kumasi. We know their quality so it won’t take anybody to tell us that we have a task on our hands. But it’s football.”
