According to reports in the English media, Maguire’s dismal form has resulted in Rangnick holding conversations with the centre-back and Cristiano Ronaldo about the former relinquishing the captain’s armband for a while.
The 28-year old defender has taken to social media to put to rest claims of a rift in the Manchester United dressing room.
