Thirty- five applicants register to write upcoming FIFA FOOTBALL AGENT exams with the GFA

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has received 35 applications for the upcoming FIFA Football Agent Examination, which will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2023.

This is part of a larger group of 6,586 candidates from 138 member associations worldwide who have submitted applications for the exam.

The FIFA Football Agent Examination is the first of its kind since the FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR) came into effect in January 2023.

The exam will be administered online and will take place at the GFA conference room at 9am.

The implementation of the licensing system is a crucial aspect of the FFAR, which aims to enhance the professionalism and ethical standards of football agents.

By improving the quality of services provided by agents to clients in the football industry, the licensing system is an essential component of the FFAR.

From 1 October 2023, the use of licensed football agents will be mandatory. Candidates are recommended to bring their laptops and arrive at the conference room by 8 am.
