    Special Competition: Mid-week fixtures (Matchday Two)

    The Special Competiton organized by the Normalization Committee kicked off on Sunday in the country and football was back in the country as fans gathered to see their favourite teams play.




    Asante Kotoko, Hearts and others were victorious in their first game and will look to take the same mentality into the next game.

    Here are the mid-week fixtures (Matchday Two) of the Special Competition:

    Premier A

    Aduana Stars vs Eleven Wonders – Wednesday 3rd April, 3 pm



    Aduana Stars will host Eleven Wonders at the Nana Agyeman Badu Park on Wednesday 3rd of April as the will look to bounce back from their defeat in Kumasi.

    Eleven Wonders will also look forward to a positive result after suffering defeat against Ashanti Gold in Obuasi on Sunday.



    Bechem United vs AshantiGold – Wednesday 3rd April, 3 pm

    Bechem United will host Ashantigold in their first involvement in the Special Competition after their first game against WA All Stars was postponed.

    Ashantigold will look to continue their fine form after opening day victory against Eleven Wonders.

    Medeama SC vs Asante Kotoko – Thursday 4th April, 3 pm

    Medeama will play their first game in the competition when they host Asante Kotoko.

    Asante Kotoko will look to extend their fine form when they travel to play Medeama.



    WA All Stars vs Berekum Chelsea – *POSTPONED

    Berekum Chelsea involvement in Italian competition and transition at WA All Stars was the reason for the postponement.

     

    Premier B

    Dreams FC vs Karela United – Wednesday 3rd April, 3 pm

    Dreams FC suffered defeat in their opening fixture against Hearts Of Oak at the Accra Sports stadium, they will look to bounce back from the opening day disappointment when they host Karela United.

    Karela United were the only team that won an away fixture in the opening fixtures of the Special Competition, they will look to replicate that feat when they face Dreams FC.

    Elmina Sharks vs Hearts Of Oak – Wednesday 3rd April, 3 pm



    Elmina Sharks showcased an organized defensive play at the Tema Sports Stadium were they held Inter Allies to a goalless draw, they will look to grab more than a point when they face Hearts.

    Hearts Of Oak secured a narrow win against Dreams FC in the opening fixture and will look to improve in order to register a commanding win against Elmina Sharks.

    Liberty Professionals vs Ebusua Dwarfs – Wednesday 3rd April, 3 pm

    Liberty Professionals suffered a disappointing defeat against WAFA in their first game and will be looking to bounce back against Ebusua Dwarfs.

    Ebusua Dwarfs will look to recover from home defeat after losing at home in their opening game against Karela United.



    WAFA SC vs Inter Allies – Wednesday 3rd April, 3 pm

    WAFA will look to continue their fine form after opening day emphatic win against Liber Professionals.

    Inter Allies will travel to Sogakope as they will look to grab more than a point after opening day goalless draw against Elmina Sharks.
