Slavko Matic disappointed after Hearts draw with Legon Cities

Accra Hearts of Oak  were held to a goalless draw by Legon Cities at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Maxwell Konadu’s side played with 10 men as Bortey Acquaye of Cities saw red in the 47th minute for pulling down Hearts of Oak’s Clinton Appiah.

To the disappointment of Hearts coach, his side failed to capitalise on the advantage of having an extra man.

Hearts created many chances but could not find the back of the net as Legon Cities maintained their composure at the back.

Speaking after the game, Matic said: “A lot of things we do not need to do, we do. We know exactly how they will play but reaction wasn’t good”

“how you play 11 against 10, somebody has to take responsibility. We didn’t do that, a lot of mistakes.”

“Patience, responsibility we didn’t have that and we lose 2 points”,
