Shatta Wale to perform at Legon Cities FC match against Asante Kotoko

Ghanaian dancehall guru Shatta Wale will perform at the Accra Sports Stadium before the kick-off of the Legon Cities FC’s crunch clash against Asante Kotoko on Friday.

The ‘Melissa’ crooner was at the offices of the nouveau-riche club on Wednesday to finalise the deal ahead of the much-anticipated encounter against the Porcupine Warriors.

Formerly known as Wa All Stars FC, the Royals have taken the Ghana Premier League by storm with their colourful branding.

The 2016 Ghana Premier league stole the media landscape with world-class unveiling of their playing body, jerseys, and official club handles and spiced their followers with the newly acquired bus.

Legon Cities FC however, failed to record a victory in their opening game when they threw away a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 with Liberty Professionals in Dansoman on Sunday.
