    Ghana Womens premier league side, Savanna FC, suffered an armed Robbery Attack last night on the Kumasi Highwayon their way to face Kumasi Sports Academy.

    The club was on their way to honour their match week 14 fixture.

    The notorious robbers drifted away with their monies and valuable items of the players and officials in the vehicle.

    The club’s Physiotherapist had a gunshot to his left knee and he is currently at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital receiving treatment.

    The game has been called off and likely to be played tomorrow.
