President Akufo-Addo encouraged the team to give their all in Ivory Coast, aiming to end Ghana’s 42-year quest for a fifth championship title.

All 27 selected players, including Mohammed Kudus, attended the farewell banquet.

Prior to the AFCON, the Black Stars finalized their preparations with a friendly match against Namibia on Monday.

The team is scheduled to depart for Abidjan on Wednesday, gearing up for their Group B debut against Cape Verde on Sunday. Additionally, they will compete against Egypt and Mozambique in the group stage.
