PFAG meets with Hearts of Oak for player welfare and contracts discussion

On Monday, April 15th, the Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG) held a meeting with Accra Hearts of Oak to discuss player welfare and contracts.

The meeting was part of the PFAG’s efforts to foster a strong relationship between professional footballers, their clubs, and the FA, and has been taking place with other clubs as well.

The meeting was confirmed by Accra Hearts of Oak on their official Facebook page, where they stated that the PFAG delegation, made up of Yussif Chibsah, Thomas Boakye-Agyeman, and General Secretary Tony Baffoe, met with the playing body, technical team, management, and board of Hearts of Oak.

During the meeting, Vincent Sowah Odotei, a member of the management team, acted as the primary spokesperson for the club.

The PFAG’s main aim is to ensure that the interests of players are protected, supported, and upheld, while also providing players with transferable skills for life after their playing careers end.
