It is believed that Maxwell Agyemang was signed as a possible replacement for Abdul Ismail Ganiyu who are unwilling to extend his stay at the club.

Agyemang Akito played an instrumental role in Wamanfo Mighty Royals FC campaign where he managed to score three goals in 26 matches in the 2020/21 Division One League zone one season.
