Moses Simon paid tribute to Dwamena by inscribing his name under his sleeves during a goal celebration for Nantes, honoring the impact of the fallen footballer.

Dwamena, who had an impressive record as the league’s top scorer, previously faced heart problems, including a notable incident in 2021 when he collapsed during a game in Austria.

His sudden demise has left the global football community in mourning, highlighting his talent and steadfast faith in Jesus Christ.

The match against Partizani Tirana was halted and subsequently suspended at 1-1 as news of Dwamena’s passing spread, with condolences pouring in from the Albanian and Ghanaian football communities.
