Muntari Tagoe wont leave – Kotoko Policy analyst Yaw Amo Sarpong

Asante Kotoko Policy Analyst Dr. Yaw Amo Sarpong has revealed that goalkeeper Muntari Tagoe won’t be leaving the club as earlier suggested.

There were numerous reports stating that Kotoko will offload some amount of players including Muntari Tagoe, but Dr Yaw has confirmed that the player will not be leaving the club after the club reversed their decisions.

“He [Muntari Tagoe] will not be leaving the club. We earlier decided to terminate his contract for some reasons,” Dr. Sarpong told Kumasi-based Kessben FM on Tuesday.

“We have reversed our decisions on some players including Muntari Tagoe.”

Tagoe joined Asante Kotoko last October on a free transfer after terminating his contract with St. Georges of  Ethiopian.
