Medeama to land Songne Yacouba in US$ 22,000 deal- report

Medeama SC are said to be the frontrunners in signing Asante Kotoko contract rebel Songne Yacouba.

The Burkina Faso international has still not reached an agreement with the Porcupine Warriors over a new deal as his contract expires.

Kumasi-based Oyerepa 100.7 FM has reported the Mauve and Yellows are ready to pay  US$ 22,000 for his services.

But Yacouba and representatives are quoting US$ 30,000 for his free transfer.

It is understood Medeama have deal to transfer the 28-year-old striker to a Saudi Arabian club next season.
