Liberty Professionals were held to a goalless draw in Dawu on Sunday but their coach Reginald Asante revealed that he is pleased with his team’s performance and the result.

Both sides created a lot of chances to score but couldn’t find the breakthrough at Dawu.

“Coming away, it’s better to pick a point,” he said after a game. “There are three things in a game. We wanted a win but we are comfortable with a point,” he added.

“It was an interesting game, the two sides were strong, we created lots of chances, at least we were able to hold Dreams in their attacking movement and I think it was a really good game for us,” he concluded.

Liberty Professionals are fifth in the Zone B table and will look to climb further up when they travel to play Hearts Of Oak on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
