Latif Anabila to Kotoko almost done – Agent
Asante Kotoko are on the verge of completing the signing of Ashantigold midfielder Latif Anabila on a free transfer according to the player’s agent Alex Ackumey.
Alex Ackumey revealed that they are currently in talks with the management of Asante Kotoko for the transfer of Latif Anabila.
“We have been talking to Kotoko for long, even before the Pandemic and we have met with the coach and CEO several times but it is left with some clauses in the contract,” Alex Ackumey told Oyerepa FM
The player’s agent also confirmed the refused to negotiate with Ashantigold over a possible contract extension because the player believes it is “time to move on.”
“Ashantigold engaged us for a possible return to the club but the player believes it is time for him to move on,” he said.
Asante Kotoko are yet to announce a new signing in the current transfer window but are reportedly in talks with several players.
