    Kwesi Appiah to stay as Ghana coach until 2021 – Reports

    Kwesi Appiah to stay as Ghana coach until 2021 – Reports

    Reports in the local media are suggesting that Ghana Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah is set to extend his contract with the Ghana Football Association until 2021.




    The 59-year old’s contract will expire this December and reports are stating that he will be handed a 2-year extension.

    According to the reports, President of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo has directed the Normalization Committee of the Ghana FA to hand a fresh contract to the experienced trainer.

    Kwesi Appiah was appointed the Head coach of the Ghana Black Stars in 2017. He guided Ghana to the knockout stages of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
