Kim Grant reveals how long it will take to activate his philosophy

Hearts Of Oak registered their biggest win in the Special Competition and Head coach Kim Grant admitted that things are going as planned but reveals that they still have to work more.

Hearts Of Oak have been victorious in their last three games scoring eight goals and conceding none. The fans believe that the coaching philosophy is kicking in well but Kim Grant revealed that they are close but still need to put more work.

“My philosophy takes about six to seven months to activate because there are new players coming in and it will take time to get the players to understand the philosophy and get the team bonding”

Kim Grant also agreed that Sunday’s victory is their best performance since he took over as the club’s head coach, he added that the support of the fans matters a lot and will motivate the players in putting out similar performances.
