Kelvin Ofori on target for Spartak Trnava in Europa Conference League qualifiers.

In Wednesday’s UEFA Europa Conference League qualification match against SK Dnipro-1, Kelvin Ofori, a young midfielder from Ghana playing for FC Spartak Trnava, managed to score a goal.

The game took place at the City Arena Trnava, where the Slovakian team faced off against the Ukrainian side. The match ended in a 1-1 draw during the first leg of the final qualifiers.

During the second half, ten minutes after the break, the 22-year-old Ghanaian midfielder, Kelvin Ofori, found the back of the net, giving Trnava the lead.

The goal occurred after a pass from Czechia midfielder Erik Daniel to Ofori on the right wing. Ofori patiently maneuvered into the penalty area and managed to send the ball into the goal with a deflection off a defender and the crossbar.

However, Dnipro-1 managed to equalize in the 67th minute through a penalty, converted by Oleksandr Pikhalyonok.

The game ended with Dnipro-1 down to nine men due to red cards received by Eduard Sarapiy in the 5th minute and Igor Kogut just before full-time.

Throughout the Europa Conference League qualifications, Ofori has been performing well for Trnava, scoring two goals in five appearances so far.
