    Joseph Paintsil scored his 10th goal of the season in Genk’s 3-2 win against Gent

    Ghana’s Joseph Paintsil hit double figures for goals over the weekend after scoring for Genk in their 3-2 win over Gent at the Ghelamco Arena.

    Paintsil has found the net in each of the last three league matches, bringing  his tally to 10 goals and 10 assists in 20 appearances so far this season.

    Gent took the lead in the 9th minute through Hyun Seok-Hong but Paintsil equalised for Genk in the 24th minute of the game.

    Yira Sor put Genk ahead in the 67th minutes with new signing Toluwalase Emmanuel Arokodare making it 3 for Genk in the 86th minute.

    Laurent Depoitre scored for Gent in the 88th minute but it was not enough to earn a point for Gent.
