    Kumasi Asante Kotoko trashed Accra Lions at home 4-0.

    Kumasi Asante Kotoko trashed Accra Lions 4-0 at the Baba Yara Sports stadium in their GPL match day 16 encounter.

    Kotoko had a great start to the game and found the net halfway through the first half.

    New signing, Rashid Nortey opened his account for the Porcupine warriors after tapping in from close range to give Kotoko the lead.

    Three minutes after Nortey’s goal, Ugandan forward  Mukwala doubled the lead for Kotoko.

    Kotoko went into the break with a comfortable two-goal lead.

    Mukwala scored his second of the night right after the break to put Kotoko up by 3-0.

    Morrison sealed victory for Kotoko 25 minutes from time with a powerful shot outside the box.

    Kotoko have now scored nine goals in their last two matches at home beating Kotoku Royals 5-1 and Accra lions 4-0.
