    Ghanaian players abroad in preparation for Qatar and African Cup of Nations Qualifiers has been putting up their 5-Star performance, here is a wrap of how some performed.




    Ghanaian forward, Bernard Tekpetey has been ranked fifth best performance-wise in the Belgian  top-flight according to CIES football observatory and instant with an index of 235.7

    He netted 9 goals in 20 league appearances for Ludogorets this season. Following his outstanding performances helped Ludogorets claim the league title. 

    Karim Sadat, Phil Fosu-Ayeh featured for their Swedish Club Halmstad BK in their 2- win over Orebo

    Richard Ofori had another clean sheet for Orlando Pirates while Kwame Peprah lasted 69 minutes against Chippa United.

    Captain Andre Ayew, climbed off the bench to play 17 minutes for Al-Sad

    Striker Felix Afena -Gyan enjoyed five minutes for AS Roma in their 1-1 draw to Leicester city in the Europa conference league semi-finals first league

    Winful Cobinnah and Kwame Bonsu played for Ceramic Cleopatra, they won by a lone goal



    35-year-old Antony Annan lasted 60 minutes for his club TPS before he was shown the exit with a red card following a second yellow card

    Daniel Kofi-Kyere kept hopes alive for St.Pauli in their qualification to the German top-flight league, he converted from a penalty to win a vital point for his side, he played a full minute, also in the German second league Kwasi Okyere Wriedt  netted for Holstein Kiel

    Former Asante Kotoko number 1, Razak Abalora and Ghanaian trio Edmund Addo were in action for Sheriff Tiraspol as they won the Moldova league

    Joseph Paintsil was introduced to Genks game from the bench, his brilliant performance got him a goal and assist




    Albert Adomah had an assist for Queens Park Rangers

    Alexander Djiku was on a 5-star performance for his side Strasbourg against PSG while Osman Bukuri played 20 minutes for Nantes in the French Ligue 1

    Defender, Mohammed Salisu featured in Southampton’s 2-1 loss to Crystal Palace in the English Premier League, Jordan Ayew and Jeffrey Schlup played 90 and 74 minutes in that same game

    Kelvin Prince Boateng played 71 minutes for Herta Berlin

    Elisha Owusu played 6 minutes for KAA Gent in 3-1 win in Belgium

    Emmanuel Gyasi played 90 minutes in another defeat for Spezia Calcio against Lazio



    Joel Fameye was the brightest star of the weekend as he netted a hattrick for FC Orenburg in the Russia national football league

    Caleb Ekuban tasted defeat with Genoa, he played 61 minutes, Christopher Antwi Adjei also played 22 minutes for VFL Bochum in their win over Borussia Dortmund

    Antonio Samenyo was on the score sheet for Bristol City as they cruised over Hull City in their 5-1 win, he played 79 minutes recording a goal and assist with 33 touches and 3 shots on target.
