Hearts of Oak registered a 1-0 victory against Division one side Uncle T United in Phobiman park while Asante Kotoko were dominant against Storm Academy in a 2-0 victory in Kumasi.
Fatawu Mohammed scored the only goal for Hearts Of Oak in the fifth minute after a scramble in the opponent’s box.

Hearts of Oak have been involved with series of friendly games as they prepare for the Special Competition.
Asante Kotoko recently qualified for the CAF Confederation Cup group stages and will be playing their first group game next month.
