Asante Kotoko Brazilian marksman Fabio Gama could leave Asante Kotoko at the end of the current Ghana Premier League season, Sahara Football Understands.

The Asante Kotoko midfielder was the center of attention on Sunday as he won a penalty for his side to help beat Hearts of Oak at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday.

However, the player could leave the club at the end of his contract which expires later this year.

“That is a question I don’t need to answer right now, sorry,” Fabio Gama said when he was asked if he will renew his contract with Asante Kotoko.

Fabio Gama endured a difficult start to the season after suffering a series of injuries and spending time on the bench.

Sources close to the club told Sahara Football that the player is still taking his time to make a decision.

Fabio Gama signed a two-year contract with Asante Kotoko in October 2020, he has been a fan favorite ever since.
