According to local sources, Michael Enu, a former defender for Bibiani Goldstars, is close to finalizing his transfer to Ghana’s reigning champions, Medeama SC.

An official announcement from the club is expected soon as they aim to strengthen their team for the latter part of the season and their participation in the CAF Champions League.

The 26-year-old right-back, recognized for his adaptability, will join Medeama SC without a transfer fee after his stint with Goldstars in the previous season.

Reports suggest that Enu has agreed to a three-year contract, binding him to Medeama SC until 2027.

After featuring in 29 matches and netting two goals for the Miners in the last season, Enu looks forward to increasing his playing time and winning over the fans at Akoon Park.

With his experience from his time at Ashanti Gold, the defender is poised to offer Medeama SC additional strength as they compete on multiple fronts, including the Ghana Premier League, the Ghana FA Cup, and the CAF Champions League.
