    Evans Adotey confident Medeama can qualify ahead of Remo Stars

    The Head Coach Evans Adotey of Ghana Premier League side Medeama insists his side can qualify for the next stages of the CAF Champions League after securing a 1-0 win against Remo Stars in the first leg of the preliminary round.



    Jonathan Sowah’s deflected goal handed Evans Adotey and his team an advantage ahead of the second leg in Nigeria.

    “Why not, all is not lost yet. They came and lost 1-0, we can also go there and maybe win or get a draw” he said confidently after the game.

    “So I have the hope and confidence that we can go and bring something good home” he added

    Medeama will travel to Ogun state, Nigeria to face Remo Stars in the second leg of the tie and will be looking to secure qualification to the next round o the competition.
