Ghana’s Emmanuel Yeboah scores in FC Cluj’s draw with Universitatea Craiova.

On Sunday, June 30, 2023, young Ghanaian striker Emmanuel Yeboah demonstrated his scoring prowess in consecutive Romanian league matches.

Playing for CFR Cluj, the 20-year-old netted a crucial goal against Universitatea Craiova, leveling the score in the 39th minute.

Displaying impressive athleticism, Yeboah leaped through the air to skillfully convert a diagonal cross from Panagiotis Tachtsidis from the left side.

This marked his second goal of the season in the club’s second league match. Prior to his goal, Universitatea Craiova had taken the lead ten minutes into the game with an Alexandru Creu goal, surprising the home team.

After a commendable 74-minute performance, the talented player, known for his contributions in the 2023 CAF U23 Nations Cup, was eventually substituted.
