Dreams FC defeated Medeama 2-1 at the Theatre of Dreams in Dawu.

Dreams FC secured a 2-1 victory over Medeama yesterday at the Theatre of Dreams. The game kicked off with a bang, as John Antwi swiftly put Dreams FC in the lead just four minutes after the start.

The home team furthered their advantage with a second goal in the 88th minute, thanks to Dede Ishmael.

Despite Medeama’s relentless efforts to salvage at least a point, they managed to find the back of the net in the 97th minute.

However, time ran out for them, resulting in their second defeat of the season and keeping them at the bottom of the standings.

Medeama supporters were left with a sense of disappointment, reflecting on missed opportunities, particularly from their striker Jonathan Sowah, whose proficiency in front of the goal could have potentially changed the outcome.

Medeama now face an outstanding midweek game against Nations FC, while Dreams FC will be gearing up for their next match against Legon Cities next weekend
