Denis Odoi scored his first league goal of the season in Club Brugge’s convincing victory against KRC Genk

Denis Odoi netted his first league goal of the season as Club Brugge secured a resounding 3-0 victory over KRC Genk in the Belgium Jupiler Pro League on Sunday.

The visitors took the lead earlier in the match, with Norwegian midfielder Hugo Vetlesen scoring in the 26th minute, shortly after Tolu Arokodare missed a penalty for Genk.

Andreas Skov Olsen sealed the victory for Brugge with a penalty kick five minutes before the end of the game.

Following this triumph, Brugge climbed to third place in the league standings, while Genk remained in sixth position.

Odoi’s goal adds to his tally of two goals in 27 appearances across all competitions for Brugge this season.
