Coach Kassim Mingle remains confident in Nations Fc amidst challenging start to Ghana Premier League

Coach Kassim Mingle of Nations FC remains steadfast in his belief that his players have the resilience to turn their fortunes around after a challenging start to the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season.

Despite early setbacks, Mingle is confident that his squad has the capacity to regain their momentum and ascend in the league standings.

In their fifth match of the season on October 15th, Nations FC, a new entrant to the Ghana Premier League, suffered a 1-0 loss to Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park, with Emmanuel Sarpong netting the lone goal in the 40th minute.

So far, Nations FC has recorded one victory, two losses, and one draw in the four games they’ve played. However, Mingle remains positive about the team’s potential.

“I believe they will bounce back. We’ve played five matches, but there are more matches ahead of us. When you’re building a new team, it can be challenging at times. They’ll experience ups and downs,” he shared in an interview with Peace FM.

“So, I believe that once they find their rhythm, that will mark a turning point; they’ll really take off. So, let’s keep soaring,” he added.

Guided by Coach Kassim Mingle, Nations FC is committed to overcoming their initial hurdles and leaving a mark on the Ghana Premier League.

With the season still in its early phases, the team has ample opportunities to enhance their performance and climb up the league table, as they gear up to face Asante Kotoko in their upcoming match.
