    Caleb Amakwah’s injury time header secured all three points for Hearts of Oak against Kotoku Royals.

    Accra Hearts of Oak secured all three points against struggling Kotoku Royals on Matchday 22 of the betPawa Premier League at Accra Sports Stadium Sunday.

    The relegation threatened Royals gave Hearts of Oak a very tough match nut it took Caleb Amakwah’s stoppage time header to ensure Hearts won all three points at stake.

    Ktoku Royals goalkeeper Frank Boateng made a number of brilliant saves to ensure his team went into the first half break without conceding.

    Caleb Amankwah headed in a freekick in the 95th minute from Salifu Ibrahim to break the deadlock.

    The Accra Sports Stadium erupted after the defender’s bullet header which beat Frank Boateng in goal.

    The win takes their unbeaten run to following – the 1-0 win against Asante Kotoko and the draw against Bibiani Gold Stars on Matchday 21.

    Accra Hearts of Oak are now fourth in the table with 35 points – 4 points behind leaders Aduana FC who play Legon Cities on Monday.
