Cabfix Ladies FC continued their commitment to the development of women’s football by donating 16 boxes of sanitary pads to teams participating in the FIFA U15 Girls Regional Colts Leagues.
The donation was evenly distributed between the Greater Accra and Eastern Regions, with eight boxes allocated to each region, benefiting all eight participating teams across the two zones.
The presentation was led by the Paramount Queen Mother of the Ada State, Naana Domaaley Kabukuor Dagodjo I, and was formally received by the President of the Ghana Football Association, Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku, at the GFA Conference Room during activities surrounding the league launch.
Officials of Cabfix Ladies FC, including CEO Jerod Kabu and General Manager Jonathan Lamptey Odarkwei, were present to support the initiative, which aligns with broader efforts to promote dignity, participation, and sustained involvement of young girls in football.
The gesture underscores Cabfix Ladies FC’s dedication to empowering young female footballers by addressing key welfare needs alongside sporting development, as the U15 Girls Regional Colts Leagues take their first steps toward shaping the future of women’s football in Ghana.
