    Ghana Black Stars coach Chris Hughton has named is Ghana Black Stars squad for October Friendly games against Mexico and the United States of America.



    Thomas Partey and Tariq Lamptey return to the squad after both players were omitted in the last call-up due to injury.

    Chris Hughton has also dropped Ghana Black Stars captain Andre Ayew who is still without a club after leaving Nottingham Forrest.

    Ghana will face the United States of America on the 17th of October 2023 in Nashville, Tennesee. The game will serve as preparation for the World Cup qualifiers for the Ghana Black Stars.



    Full Squad:

    Goalkeepers: Lawrence Ati-Zigi, Richard Ofori and Manaf Nurudeen

    Defenders: Tariq Lamptey, Alidu Seidu, Nicholas Opoku, Alexander Djiku, Daniel Amartey,  Abdul Fatawu Hamidu, and Gideon Mensah.

    Midfielders: Thomas Partey, Salis Samed, Edmund Addo, Elisha Owusu, Mohammed Kudus, and Osman Bukari.

    Forwards: Antoine Semenyo, Inaki Williams, Jordan Ayew, Ransford Yeboah, and Joseph Paintsil.
