    Serbian League champions Red Star Belgrade have announced the signing of Ghana Black Stars midfielder Edmund Addo, the central midfielder joins on a four-year deal.



    The 23-year-old joins the Serbian giants after a wonderful season with his previous club Spartak Subotica.

    Speaking after joining his new club, Edmund Addo says he is excited to be at his new club Red Star Belgrade and loves the atmosphere.

    “They are great impressions, a really nice atmosphere greeted me at Maracana and I am happy to be here. I am excited to have the opportunity to play in front of Zvezda fans, I remember them well” he said.



    “I adapted to life in Serbia, although it wasn’t easy when I came, changes and all, but these six months helped me to get used to football and the conditions” he added

    The Ghana Black Stars midfielder recently featured for Ghana Black Stars in their goalless draw against Madagascar in te AFCON Qualifiers.
