    Genk star player Joseph Paintsil has been reportedly omitted from Otto Addo’s final 26-man squad for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.



    Joseph Paintsil who was part of the Ghana Black Stars squad in the last AFCON will watch the 2022 World Cup from home after he was informed he will not be on the flight to Qatar.

    Painstil has had a good start to the 2022/23 season, scoring six league goals and providing five assists in 13 games.

    Otto Addo is expected to name his final 26-man squad in the coming days.
