Bofoakwa Tano FC has parted ways with head coach Frimpong Manso

Bofoakwa Tano FC has decided to part ways with head coach Frimpong Manso, citing a string of unsatisfactory results in recent Ghana Premier League matches. The newly-promoted club has mutually terminated the contracts of both Manso and his assistant, Kofi Sarfo.

Despite initially leading the league standings, the Sunyani-based club currently sits in 6th position after a decline in recent weeks, with just one win in their last eight matches, including six draws and one defeat.

Tensions heightened after the recent league game against Nsoatreman FC, where fans reportedly threatened to attack the head coach.

In response to the challenging situation, the club plans to appoint a new technical head in the coming weeks to guide the team through the remainder of the season, with the goal of securing their premiership status by the end of the campaign.

The club has issued a statement confirming this decision.
