Ghana’s senior women’s national team, the Black Queens, have been crowned champions of the 2026 Pink Ladies Cup following an impressive performance in the tournament.

The Queens secured the title after recording victories over Hong Kong, China and Russia in their opening matches of the competition. Their final fixture against Tanzania was later called off, after which tournament organisers presented the trophy to the Ghanaian team at their hotel.
Ghana also picked up individual honours at the tournament.

Forward Doris Boaduwaa emerged as the top scorer of the competition with three goals, earning the Golden Boot award.

Goalkeeper Cynthia Konlan was also recognised for her outstanding performance, receiving the Best Goalkeeper award after keeping two clean sheets in two matches.

The triumph marks another positive outing for the Black Queens as they continue preparations for upcoming international competitions.
